BW Water appoints Gethin Thomas as Global CEO

SINGAPORE – September 9, 2024 – BW Water Pte. Ltd. (“BW Water”), a joint-venture of BW Group Limited, has appointed Gethin Thomas as the Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO), with effect from September 1, 2024.

Since joining BW Water as the Asia CEO and Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Gethin has played a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, uniting the leadership team and inspiring colleagues across Asia to deliver on BW Water’s vision, mission and values.

In his new role as Global CEO, Gethin will report directly to the Board, and will be fully responsible for driving BW Water’s strategic direction, operational excellence and expansion to new markets. To ensure a smooth transition, Gethin will continue to lead the Asia leadership team and plan for the regional leadership set-up.

With over 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, client services, and technology, Gethin brings a wealth of knowledge invaluable to BW Water’s continued success.
