Marwan Nesicolaci is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of De Nora Water Technologies, leading the company’s global water business and its mission to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for municipal and industrial water treatment.

With more than 30 years of experience in the water sector as both an entrepreneur and business leader, Marwan has spent a significant part of his career with De Nora. Prior to becoming CEO in 2023, he successfully led the company’s Asia regional hub, driving strong growth in revenue and profitability.

Under his leadership, De Nora Water Technologies has expanded its global platform, bringing together the Integrated Water Solutions and Water Technology Systems business lines to provide customers with comprehensive, end-to-end water solutions

Danies is the VP for Asia region and has played an instrumental role in driving BW Water’s growth across Asia. He has 12 years of experience in sales and business development in the water industry in Southeast Asia.

Prior to BW Water, Danies worked as Business Development Engineer at H+E Asia, Singapore and was responsible for the business development of process water and wastewater treatment in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

Danies holds a Master in Chemical Engineering (MEng) from the University of Birmingham (UOB), UK.

Valter is the Vice President of BW Water for Europe, Middle East and Africa. His role focuses on expanding our market presence, strengthening operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Valter is joining us from Suez where he has built an impressive career over the last 25 years, covering numerous different functions and geographic locations, most recently serving as their Infrastructure and Engineering Center Director based in Asia. Valter is holding a Civil Engineering Degree in Hydraulic and Water Treatment.

Fadey is responsible for BW Water’s operational functions globally, with a focus on enhancing project delivery capabilities and ensuring excellence in service.

Prior to BW Water, Fadey held the position of CEO at Aqualyng in Singapore. He has also held key positions at TÜV SÜD and Acwa Emirates LLC.

Fadey brings over 20 years of experience in the water sector, having dedicated his career to helping governments and industries globally tackle the evolving demands of water management sustainably.  Throughout his career, he has tackled complex water and wastewater challenges across various roles, including engineering, project management, business development, and operations across the globe, including Australia, New Zealand, China, Southeast Asia, India, the Middle East, and West Africa.

Fadey holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney, Australia.

Timothy Han serves as the Global Finance Director for BW Water. Timothy has taken on finance leadership roles with extensive experience in business and financial controllership across Southeast Asia and the wider Asia-Pacific region.

With a proven track record of delivering accurate, high-quality financial reporting at Board and regional leadership levels, he excels in strengthening financial governance, enhancing compliance frameworks, and supporting organisational growth in dynamic environments.

Timothy has over a decade of experience across multinational corporations in manufacturing, engineering, transport, and infrastructure, and has successfully led statutory and management reporting for multiple countries, driven pricing strategies, improved treasury and tax structures, and supported M&A initiatives. His background includes steering financial operations in complex regional setups and partnering closely with business leaders to enable data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.

Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Manchester, UK.
